General Rules
1.
The park fee
includes only one RV and one vehicle.
Extra vehicles must be registered and parked in areas designated by the
manager.
2.
Space is
guaranteed for night(s) paid in advanced only.
Additional night(s) require payment if site is still available. Absolutely no refunds.
3.
ALL persons on
the property must be registered. Maximum
of four people per site. Over four
people must pay an additional fee.
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors and supervision of
their visitor’s children in all areas.
4.
The management
will not be responsible for loss due to fire, theft or accidents while in the
park.
5.
Please keep area
around and under your unit neat and orderly.
A trash container is located in the park. All garbage should be placed in plastic bags
and deposited in garbage dumpsters – Not at the office.
6.
Running
generators in the park is not permitted.
No electric heaters or oil changes in the park.
7.
All pets will be
kept on a leash at all times when not confined inside their RV. Pets must be inside your RV at nights or
while you are away. Pets will not be
tied to picnic tables, shrubs or trees at any time. Pet owners will clean their site, place
droppings in a plastic bag and deposit in trash. No pets in restrooms, laundry rooms, showers,
office or on the front porch. Pets
disturbing other guests will not be allowed.
8.
When leaving site
please be sure all connections are unhooked and be careful that rear-end of
vehicle clears all hook-ups.

Quiet time is
observed from

Washing of
vehicles of any kind is not permitted.
Management will not assume responsibility for any water marks on RV’s or
vehicles. Special washing of RV’s by
permission only.
11.
Absolutely no
illegal drugs, excessive profanity, or excessive alcohol consumption will be
tolerated.
